Gressingham Foods is home to a variety of traditionally–reared turkeys, including the KellyBronze, a delightful breed that provides moist, flavoursome and densely textured meat perfect for festive celebrations. To find out more about the KellyBronze, click here.
We rear our turkeys for sale during the Christmas and Easter seasons using the best traditional farming methods. However, we believe that a carefully–reared, properly cooked turkey is delicious at any time of the year.
Our turkeys are reared to age not to size which ensures they reach our customers in perfect condition, with all the mouthwatering flavour we remember from childhood.
Our turkey flocks roam freely in pastures, stubble fields and woodland during the day and return to the shelter of open–sided pole barns, with deep straw and plenty of fresh air at night.
Their feed is based on cereals and protein, with no additives or antibiotics. 

The birds are processed traditionally too, first plucked then hand finished before being hung in a chilled environment to enable them to develop their full, succulent flavour.
